The Museum of Jemnice is a branch of the Museum of Highlands Trebic, a contributory organization, located in a historic house in the middle of the preserved town area on Svoboda Square (opposite the entrance to the Church of St. Stanislaus).

The museum is currently closed to the public for long-term reconstruction. It is planned to reopen in 2026.
